Delivery Information

After placing an order, we will organise a quote for delivery (ie. Delivery is not included). We will select the most appropriate method based on your order. The quote will then be invoiced and once paid, the order will be dispatched to the courier.

Please advise if you have a preferred courier method and timeframe. Note: Faster orders usually incur higher fees.

Note : We send out orders and can accomodate pickups on Mondays and Thursdays. Anything outside of this needs to be arrange and may not be possible. Please do not book concrete pours on ETA’s provided. Once the products have left, there is not much we can do to influence delivery.

Also note, handling times can be up to 2 - 3 days but we aim to quote and invoice as soon as possible.

All payments (via web and invoiced payments) are safely manage via eWay, PayPal, or Direct Deposit.
